NONE of the regular resets will fix a corrupted address book database, and if the backup has a bad database you are pretty screwed.

I had this problem since i restored my iPhone 4 onto my iPhone 4s. turned out to be a corrupted address book database on the phone.

deleting the database @ /Users/Library/AddressBook (all files starting with AddressBook) (while Addressbook NOT running and when iCloud sync and iTunes sync both off) and re-run address book to create empty database before re enable sync solved it!

I presume you are talking about the data migration?

There are no securty issues as the /O – Copies file ownership and ACL information.

So all permissions are retained.

does this “allow log on locally” restrict a users domain logon? i need to allow only one domain user and admins to log onto a machine, i don’t want any other domain users to be able to log onto said machine. will this work for that? thanks, -Luke

Hi, That’s very much helpful. I was waiting for 64 hours for the job to finish, I have tried to stop the job, but it didn’t respond. After quick search, your result was the first in Google.com and helped me.

I started to run the job again as Retry Job, it failed with an error, the VIB file is locked.

I run it as Perform Full Backup and finished with Warning ” Unable to establish SAN Connection”.
