Configuration System Failed To Initialize Root Element Missing
In Veeam 6.5 when you start the Veeam management console you see the following error.

Root element is missing
(Full Path Name)

This is quite an easy fix. In the error message you receive simply browse to to path it gives and delete the user.config file. Then restart the Veeam management console and it will start fine.
