Exchange 2013 EAC Error 400 Bad Request

When trying to log into the Exchange 2013 EAC / ECP you may come across the following error.

error 400 bad request - Exchange 201 ECP

you cannot proceed any further and log into Exchange 2013 for admin purposes.

One of the main reasons for this issues is bad cached credentials. To clear the credentials do the following. Go to

 Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Credential Manager

This is under users then manage your credentials on the left hand side as follows in the pictogram.

Then again log into the Exchange 2013 and you will not see the error 400 error.
