Ive had this issue on a lot of Trend Micro products over the years, you can navigate through most of the application in your Internet Explorer web browser ( Trend do not support Chrome or Firefox ) then you will get to the page where you need to change a setting only for the page to not load and you see the message “Only Secure Content Is Displayed“.
If you click “Show all Content”, then the page reloads and has logged you out – infuriating. Ive seen this on scan mail, Worry Free Business and Deepscan Security. The fix is quite simple once you find it, we need to change a setting in the Internet zone of internet Explorer as seen below. The setting we need to change is enable Display mixed content.
- Launch Internet Explorer.
- On the Tool menu, click Internet Options, you can also get to this by click in the cog and then internet options.
- Select the Security tab, and then choose the Custom level option.
- In the Settings box, scroll down to the Miscellaneous section, and under Display mixed content select enable.
Once done close all your browser sessions and restart internet explorer. You will then be able to load that troublesome page in your Trend product.
